"To be a boxer, one must not lack courage.  It is important to make oneself accustomed to pain and danger without any fear.  Courage is both power and might.  But courage in battle is not as important as courage with integrity, honesty, and reliability."

-Master Kimseng Taveesith

Muay Thai not only emphasizes on both offense and defense but as well as on stamina and technique.  It is a martial art anyone can learn, young or old.  Interest in Muay Thai is growing fast and martial-art schools in Europe, America and Asia have added it to their curricula.

However, and most of you will agree, that there’s nowhere better to learn Muay Thai than in its homeland.

In the past, foreigners wanting "the real thing" would go to one of the training camps in the rural provinces where training primarily focused on professional competition.  For those not so inclined, there wasn't much choice, and language was sometimes a problem.

This is where P'N Gym can help you.  Our training camp is located in the heart of Bangkok, not far from Victory Monument. We cater to both Thai nationals and foreign learners of Muay Thai who want to learn the art for self-defense, fitness, or professional/amateur competition.

We hope to see you in the near future.
